I just wanted to say how impressed and thankful I am for your company. I am the cubmaster of a cubscout pack and we have 44 kids. Their yearly pinewood derby race is this week and I placed a trophy order on Monday because in our error everyone thought someone else was doing the ordering. Your company not only made them easy to order but had them printed, out the door and to my location in 3 days!!!! That is unbelievable and I am so thankful you were able to do it. Additionally along the way I got email updates and tracking info. We actually started putting an order together with another company. My wife became tired of the difficult process and found this shop. What a huge difference in the ordering process! The Trophy Depot web store was easy to move around in, loved that you could see each item and the information listed beside them in the cart! There are many other items we saw while browsing for our order and will likely be back with additional orders. It's always great ordering our event medals from Trophy Depot. They have the best prices and a fantastic selection. I recently placed an order for nearly 40 trophies for our basketball banquet that is going to be held on Saturday the 19th. I am not the person who normally orders the trophies and "the powers that be" had put me in a bind by telling me to order them with just barely a week to get them in before the banquet. I placed my order last Friday and received the trophies today, We are absolutely thrilled with the way they look and the quality of the trophies. I especially love the tracking information that was available at all times. We coach a baseball team in the summer and a traveling basketball team in the spring and we will most definitley be repeat customers with your company. I'm writing to tell you about a fantastic experience I've just had with your company and with your customer service rep. Chris G.
I have ordered trophies for my kids' teams several times from you before. They have always been great. This time, we had a little slip in quality and the trophies were all broken (I think that the trophy design is at fault more than anything and not anything you guys did.) I got on the phone very late in the evening, 10 PM EST, and spoke to Chris G who helped me right away. I was surprised and pleased to speak to someone at all at that time of night. Our soccer party was coming up only a few days later. Chris handled setting up a new order to be expedited to me in time for our event and a shipping label to take away the broken trophies.
I received the new trophies on time and they are great!
I am not a parent who is able to coach teams, so I always volunteer to order trophies. My kids are only 6 and have many years of teams to play on. You can count on my loyalty as a result of this fantastic customer service, and offering a great product to begin with.
I hope you'll pass this on to Chris' supervisor and recognize him for taking great care of me.

My name is J***** Pond and I wanted to just take a minute to thank you for everything! I received the medals I ordered yesterday, and they were beautiful. Well worth the money spent. I gave you very short notice and you came through for me on almost 50 medals, all of which were engraved and personalized. Edwin even corrected a typo for me at the last minute! I can't thank you enough for making this experience less of a headache, and for making quality medals that the 40 Rhythmette dancers will love! I'm sure we will be doing business again.

Good morning!
I just finished placing an order via your website, and wanted to let you know that it was a great experience. I've used other trophy sites where when I needed to add to the order (change the number of trophies from 20 to 21, for example) I've had to re-enter all the engraving on all the trophies, rather than being able to just add it to the end. It was also very easy to go back in and edit the engraving. Great site. The variety of quality resin trophies was awesome also. I had no intention of changing where I purchased my trophies (this is the 5th year I've purchased trophies) but when I found your site and the great looking resin trophies, I changed my mind. Just wanted to give you some feedback - the site is great!

I coach for a soccer league that doesn't provide
trophies to
its
players. Therefore, I've been ordering trophies for the teams I coach and providing them every year (I
discovered trophydepot.com three years ago). I'm not sure if I'm sending this to the appropriate
address,
but
I have high praise and a couple of suggestions below...
I realize that providing a reference is
the
best way to compliment exceptional service for an exceptional product, so I will do that. However, I
also
wanted to comment on how pleased I am with your products, pricing, and service.
The products
I've
ordered have always been of an unmatched superior quality. Not only that, but your selection is tops
amongst
your online competitors (I've researched quite a bit looking for the best value and deals around). The
great
thing about it is that the pricing is reasonable, if not exceptional. For my situation (ie placing
fairly
small orders), and having the option of paying ~$5 for high quality trophies enables me to provide them
to
the
kids on my team without any difficulty. I truly appreciate the free trophy engraving (up to 40
letters...50
would be amazing, but I'm still grateful that "spaces" aren't penalized) and free shipping on
orders
over $95 (although I wish that also applied to other items, such as pins, etc.) Last, but not least,
I've
recently contacted your customer service department because I goofed on my latest order (on one of
trophies I
typed the year 2010, instead of 2012) and was ecstatic to learn how easy and cost-efficient it was to
correct
the issue. Your customer service rep was awesome (I can't recall her name), but please let her know how
appreciative I am of her assistance. My final point...your website is second-to-none. No other online
trophy
company can hold a candle to how easy and comprehensive your offerings are. My only suggestion, and
perhaps I
just didn't see how to do this, but if you added a method to sort by price, etc. for individual styles
of
trophies (ie by sport), it would make it that much easier to place an order.
